Photo images

I can't download a photo image
Please check that there are no errors in the ID and that none of the following 4 apply.

1. English is included in the ID. Or it is a 16 digit number.
⇒Our company's IDs are 12 digit or 15 digit numbers. Any other IDs are not from our company's Souvenir Photo Booth.
2. An error page is displayed when I input an ID and attempt to download.
⇒Photo image uploads may take time depending on the operational status of the Souvenir Photo Booth and its network communication, etc. Uploads are completed in order, so please access again later.

3. 1 week or more has passed since taking a photo.
⇒Photo images can be saved for a period of 1 week from the time your photo was uploaded to this site.

4. No sticker ID is printed.
⇒When taking photos in Souvenir Photo Booths, if you do not choose to send a photo image, no ID will be printed on the sticker and you will be unable to download the photo image.

If none of these apply, we apologize but please inquire with us below.
If you cannot download a photo image
Uploads to the server from the Souvenir Photo Booth are conducted using PHS communications.
Therefore Souvenir Photo Booths which are out of area may be unable to send to the server.
In such cases you may be unable to obtain an image.
If this happens we deeply apologize and ask for your understanding.
I can't save a photo image
<iPhone users>
・Photo images saved on this site are saved in "Photos>Camera Roll" in your iPhone.
・If the iPhone does not have sufficient memory the photo image cannot be saved. Please clear some storage space and try to save again.
・If you are accessing this site in any browser other than Safari (with the blue compass icon), some functions may not work properly. Please access again from Safari.

<Android users>
・Images saved on this site will be saved in the "download" folder in your Android phone.
Please check them in "Gallery", etc.
・If using an SD card, the photo image cannot be saved if it has insufficient memory. Please clear some storage space and try to save again.
・If you are accessing this site in any browser other than the standard browser, some functions may not work properly. Please access again from the standard browser.
The saved photo is blurry
You may have saved the thumbnail of the photo image.
First select the photo to display it in full size, then hold down on in order to save the high quality photo image.

Fami-Pri video

I want to save a Fami-Pri video
<iPhone users>
・Unlike photographs, it is not possible to save videos using the press-and-hold gesture.
・Please use this service after first obtaining a dedicated App capable of downloading videos by inputting the URL.
・Or, using the “Send via e-mail” link, input your e-mail address and press the Send button.

<Android users>
・Save the video file by pressing the Save button.

I want to log in using an external account
1 Access the login screen
2 Click the button of the external account you want to link to (Facebook/LINE) and authenticate the linked app
3 Click the login button on the Fami-Pri login page while logged into your external account (Facebook/LINE) to log in
I can't log in with my external account
The following may be the cause.

1. A separate Fami-Pri account has been signed up with the Facebook/LINE account.
2. You are not correctly logged into your Facebook/LINE account.

Only 1 SNS account can be linked to 1 Fami-Pri account.
You can confirm if the account is already linked by clicking the "Log in with Facebook/LINE" button in the login form and logging in.  
If you wish to change or remove the link with the account, please follow the instructions to remove the link in [Q9: I want to change or remove the link from my external account] and then link it again.

Please note that if you delete your registered external service account you will be unable to login to your Fami-Pri account.
I want to change or remove the link from my external account
You can change what the external account is linked to from "SNS Login Registration" under "Profile".
Please see below for how to remove an external account which is already linked.

Please log in and then delete it from App Links under Settings

I can't send a blank email
You cannot register for this service with any of the following kinds of email addresses

・Email addresses starting with "."
・Email addresses using characters other than "_" "‐" "." and half-width alphanumeric characters

We are sorry, but please register with a different email address.

If you wish to cancel your free membership, please complete the following procedures.
If you are not logged in, go to the login screen.

You cannot cancel a photo purchase after payment is completed.

I have not received an email
If you do not receive a reply email to the blank email which you sent, the email sent from famipri.jp may have been sent to your [Spam Email].
Please change your spam settings to allow email to be received from the domain "famipri.jp".

The site is not properly displayed on my iPhone
※"Safari" is the name of the browser with the blue compass icon.
If you access the site with browser apps other than "Safari" some services may not be useable as normal.


This service uses Cookies, so if you turn the "Private Browsing" to On in Safari for iPhone, you will be unable to use some of the services.

Please follow the procedures below to turn Private Browsing off before using this service.

■How to turn Private Browsing off
1. Check whether Private Browsing is On or Off.
If it is on, the top part of the Safari page will be displayed in black (iOS 7 and later).


2. Select the icon at the bottom-right of the page.


3. Select [Private] at the bottom-left of the page.


4. Private Browsing mode will now be turned off.


5. When turned off, the top part of the Safari page will be displayed in white, and the "Private" button will be displayed in black (iOS 7 and later).



◆Caution
・Please turn Private Browsing On or Off at your own discretion.
・The procedures described above are for iPhone iOS 7 or later. If using iOS 6 or earlier, please select "Safari" from "Settings" on the home screen and set "Private Browsing" to Off.
・If cookies are blocked using another method, some parts of this service will not be usable in the same way as using Private Browsing.
The layout of the main page is broken and the page I want will not display
Please execute [Menu]→[Reload] on your mobile device to reload the site.
